Nexttech has chosen our team for Morellato’s new private app


Nexttech has chosen Eggon for Morellato’s new private app, historic Made in Italy brand in the luxury sector.

Shortly before the end of 2017 we released in collaboration with  Nexttech a private app made exclusively for Morellato, an historic Made in Italy brand in the luxury sector active since 1930.

The Venetian company is present today in 45 countries around world with 3.000 shops, especially in Europe, Middle East and Asia.

In the European countries Morellato is present in the main department stores, in the best watchmakers and jewelers, in multi-brand distribution networks and in its own flagship stores. In non-European markets Morellato is distributed through free-standing stores and shop-in-shop.

App details

Morellato ShopInShop, this is the name of the application, was developed for iOs and Android smartphones. It is accessible only by private link and is available to Morellato employees.

Thanks to the app in all outlets it is now possible, by scanning the bar code of each product, to digitally record all sold and returns products. Furthermore, it will be possible to make a complete inventory of every product present in the store and in the warehouse.

The business software is directly connected to the app and, consequently, updates in real time not only the status of sales and returns, but also the status of the inventory, in all the stores scattered around the company world.

Being able to be updated in real time on the situation of all their stores throughout the world allows the company to work better on Big Data and optimize costs.

In this way the app becomes a concrete tool in Morellato’s hands not only to acquire and process data, but also to plan new and more accurate business strategies.

Finally, the application also has a news section linked to a web dashboard that allows the company to choose the news to be sent to the app, thus developing a selected editorial plan and a direct relationship with its stores.
